sell or solicit any information you give us to a third party. All
online orders are processed through our secure shopping cart!
Shopping cart information and all credit card information is automatically
deleted within 30 days. We use the information you give us strictly to
provide service to you and and to provide you with quality service you
deserve. Phone numbers are requested during checkout and will be used only
in the event we need to contact you about your order. If your home phone
is "unlisted" and you choose not to relay that information to us then
please leave us an alternate phone number in the event we have to contact

Where Do You Ship?
We ship
our products to any residential or commercial address in the Continental United States & Canada only. Not all
products are available for shipping to Canada. If shipping to
Canada, please call first to verify if your item is available for shipping
to Canada. Shipping charges are calculated when a product
is added to the shopping cart, and varies with each individual product.
We are required to place a Customs Declaration form on all goods shipped
to Canada. The declaration form will disclose the correct monetary value
of the content. Customs duties and taxes are assessed if the merchandise
is dutiable and the value of the item is above the threshold set by the
country's laws. For customers receiving goods in Canada, import
duties and/or taxes, and some administrative fees for clearing items
through customs may be levied by the local country's authorities. These
charges cannot reasonably be ascertained by us when purchasing goods on
our website. Therefore, the recipient of the goods is responsible for
paying any and all duties, taxes and administrative fees, to the local
country's authority.
Please note we do not ship to patients who are in a
hospital. Hospitals receive their shipped packages in their
receiving docks and/or mailroom. Packages delivered to the
receiving department are for the hospital and/or staff only and are not
intended to be routed to patient's rooms. Thus, they are delayed
in being delivered to the hospital room and often arrive after the
patient has checked out of the hospital. Hospitals will not
necessarily try to get in touch with a patient who has checked out of
the hospital to let them know about a gift that has been sent to them
thru their receiving department. It is recommended to have the
package delivered to the recipient's home or sent directly to you or to
someone who can hand deliver the gift to the hospital.
How Quickly Do You Ship?
All orders are shipped via US Priority Mail,
UPS Ground, DHL Ground, or FedEx Ground, and may take 2-3 weeks or longer for you to receive.
Our products are shipped from various warehouses throughout the US. So,
if you ordered more than one item you may receive two or more separate
shipments. The shipping carrier may vary depending on which warehouse
your product is shipped from. We reserve the
right to Express Shipping Overnight. Express requests (2 day
or Overnight delivery) need to be verified over the phone first before
placing them. Not all products are available for
immediate delivery. Many of our products are custom made to
order and require 2-3 weeks or longer to process. If you need your
items by a specific date be sure to indicate the date you need it when
asked during the check
out process. If the date you need your product is different from the
party/shower date be sure to indicate this when asked. Orders
are prioritized by this date and this information will help us
determine if your item will arrive by the date requested. If there
is a problem in processing your order or if we see you will not be able to
receive it by that date we will advise you via e-mail and/or phone.
Please make sure the shipping
address is correct and include all apartment or suite numbers needed for
delivery. Also, make sure the shipping address you give us is an
actual "street address". UPS
will not deliver to a post office box number, and many of our products
are shipped via UPS.
Refund or Replacement Policy:
- Any personalized product that
does not contain an error on our part is not eligible for a
refund. We are sorry but we do not offer
refunds to "personalized" products unless the error is
made on our part. Please be sure to double check your
order information before submitting.
- Music CD's, DVD's & Computer Software
- Any CD or DVD (music, video or computer software) cannot be returned if the
original packaging and box has been opened! Returns will be
granted for un-opened CD's, DVD's and software still in the original packaging and only
if the item is returned within 15 days of receipt. Refund will
be given for product cost only. Original shipping cost is
non-refundable and return shipping is at your expense.
- Error with your personalized
product - If there is an error with your order and the error was
made on our part (IE: misspelled name, or color, or if item arrived
damaged), a refund or
replacement but not both will be granted for the particular item in question.
Personalized favor tags that have an error will be replaced only,
not the entire favor if they arrived attached to the favors.
You will receive replacement tags and a 10% refund if you have to attach the
corrected favor tags to your favors if they arrived originally with tags
already attached.
- Error or Damage with
non-personalized products - If your product(s) arrive damaged or
arrived with the incorrect size or color, we will give you a refund
for the damaged or error product(s) or a replacement but not
both. You may receive a refund and / or replacement once the
damage or error product has been returned to us. Returns must
be made within 30 days of receipt to either get a refund or a
replacement.
- Unclaimed or
Undeliverable packages that the shipping carrier has automatically
retuned to us - Should your package return to us due to
insufficient, invalid or unknown address or recipient, or if your
packaged is marked as "unclaimed" we will contact you via email and
/ or phone to advise you about your returned package. If you
request your
package to be reshipped, then you will be responsible for any reship fees
or charges. If your payment was made via a credit card then your
card will be charged for the extra cost to reship your order and we will
notify you of the additional cost. If you paid via PayPal then we
will send you a PayPal invoice to cover the additional cost to reship your
order. Payment for the reship fees will have to be paid
first prior to reshipping your products. If you do not want us to
reship the package and you request a refund, then a refund for
the original product cost will be granted only. Original
shipping cost will not be refunded, only the
original purchase price. If your order was returned
to us by the shipping carrier and it was an error on our part then we will reship your package to
you at no additional cost. Please be sure to give us a good
telephone number should we have to contact you about your order.
- Claims for a package that you
never received or arrive late - If you never received
your package and the shipping carrier is showing they delivered
your package please call our office to discuss your lost package.
The majority of our packages are left at the recipients front door
and most of the time a signature is not required if delivered to a
residential address. If delivered to a commercial (business)
address we may require a signature for your package to be
delivered. Bama Babies & Birthdays is not responsible for lost
packages left at the recipients door or on their property.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping
address given to us is accurate and that the package will be
received if delivered to and left at the shipping address.
Please note that packages left at multiple house units such as
apartments, duplexes, town homes, patio homes, condominiums,
etc...may be considered a risk for theft. Bama Babies &
Birthdays is not responsible for packages that may have been stolen
after the shipping carrier has left the package. The
majority of our packages do not require a signature for delivery,
however you may request that your package require a signature to
ensure its safe delivery.
- Refund request for packages
that are still in transit or have not arrived in time - If you have not received your package and the shipping carrier
is showing your package is still in transit or a notice was left at
your door for you to pick it up, then you will receive a refund only
after 30 days have passed since the date it was shipped.
If the package is in transit or for some reason is not delivered we
have to wait 30 days before the shipping carrier considers it a lost
package and a claim can be filed. This also allows us time to
see if the shipping carrier will automatically return the package to
us. By waiting we can see what the reason may be for the
package not being delivered and/or why it returned to us. If the package
is returned to us and is marked as "undeliverable as addressed" or
as an "unclaimed" package and you would like a refund for your
product, you will receive a refund for the product cost only
and not for the cost of shipping as long as the item purchased is
not a personalized item. Please note...personalized orders are
non-refundable . If it is returned to us for
one of those reasons and you would like for it to be reshipped you
must pay the shipping cost again for us to reship your package.
If your package arrives to you late we are not responsible for
any delays caused by an error in the shipping address you entered on
your order, or from any damage that may be caused by the shipping
companies delivering your package late because of natural disasters,
weather conditions, peak seasonal demands, acts of God, military
interventions, or any other disasters or acts that may be beyond the
control of the shipping carrier. Our guarantee is that we will
prepare and package and ready the package for the shipping carrier
to deliver. We cannot be responsible if the shipping carrier
does not deliver it to you within the time period they specify.
However, if you receive your non-personalized order package later than requested, you may
return it and you will receive a refund for the product cost only.
Original shipping charges will not be refunded. The return
shipping cost is at the customer's expense as well. Some items
also incur a restocking fee. Please call our office if you
need to check on whether or not your item requires a restocking fee
if returned.
- Refunds for items you did not
like or do not need or just changed your mind - If you did not
like your item, the shirt didn't fit, you no longer need it or just
changed your mind, and your item is a non-personalized item, then we
will give you a refund once the item has been sent back to us in
"new", "unused", "unopened" condition in the original box with the
original packing slip and packing material. This does not
apply to edible candy favors, favors that include candy or chocolate
favors. All edible favors are non-refundable. Returns must be
received within 30 days of receipt. Please make sure the box
it packed carefully so that no damage can occur during shipping.
A refund will be given for the product cost only. Original
shipping cost is non-refundable. Some items may also incur a
restocking fee of 10% or more.
Note: Please be aware that many of the products
we offer in our web store are "handmade". Therefore you may see
minor variations from the actual product you receive than what might be
pictured on our website. Even the color tint of your product may
differ than a pictured item because all computer monitors display colors
differently from one to another.
We at Bama Babies and Birthdays
guarantee you will love the products we offer. Each vendor
has been hand selected by us and many are
work-at-home moms who are dedicated to providing you with
quality work with attention to detail. If you are unhappy
with something you've received please let us know and we will do
our utmost to meet your satisfaction. Several of our
items require 2-3 or more weeks to process so please keep this in
mind when placing your order.
We take pride in offering you unique
gifts and accessories. If you are not happy with your
non-personalized purchase (excluding edible favors and gifts) you
may receive a full refund for the product cost only (shipping fees are
non-refundable) within 30 days of receipt. Return
shipping is at the customer's expense. Some item(s) include a
restocking fee. Please be sure to e-mail or call us to inquire about
extra fees before returning your items. You will also be told
whether to return the item(s) directly to us or to the manufacturer.
The item(s) must be returned in their original packaging and in "new"
condition.
