I just wanted to thank you for the beautiful personalized step stool. Dealing with your company was a pleasure.  I ordered a white personalized step stool but was told it was out of stock, so I ordered the natural wood color so it would come in time for my niece's birthday party.  The customer service rep said if you could get me the white in time it would be provided. I was so pleasantly surprised when the white stool showed up!  Plus, it arrived just when you said it would in time for my niece's birthday party.

I received my cake this morning via UPS.  I was extremely excited when I saw it.  It looks just like the picture.  I can't want until my daughter's shower where we will use it as a center piece and then remove it and have the guests guess what was on and in it.
